The Railway Children

This story ,originally written as a series , is a popular among children. The story is about the waterbury children- Roberta(Bobbie),Peter and Phyllis. Their father who has been working in the Foreign office, is falsely accused of espionage and imprisoned. They move to a house near a railwy line ,and live in poverty. They become friends with the station porter and then a regular passenger,who helps them in several ways and is finally able to help prove their father's innocence. Thus ends the story in a happy note.
