Mirza S. Saiyadain was a Professor at Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad for 27 years. He was a visiting professor at McGill University, Canada, and University Sains Malaysia, Penang, Malaysia. In addition, he has taught at University of Kansas, USA and University of Lagos, Nigeria. Professor Saiyadain is an active researcher, a consultant to various national and international organizations including UNESCO, UNFPA, AIBD, ASBU and has conducted many Executive Development Programmes in India and abroad. His areas of interest are Human Resource Management, Structure and Design, and Population Communication. He has authored 20 books and has published more than 50 research articles in Indian and International Journals. His current interest is Institution Building and is associated among other Institutions with Indus World School of Business, Greater Noida.
Poornima Gupta has more than twelve years of experience in industry and academia. She is currently working with Fortune Institute of International Business, New Delhi as a senior Lecturer. Her areas of interest are Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Theory and Research Methodology.
